Your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual selves

YOUR PHYSICAL BODY

It is what you see either with your eyes or with imaging techniques. It includes your skeletal and muscle system, nervous system, endocrine system, circulatory system, immune and lymphatic system, respiratory system, and sense organs. Its language is movement.

YOUR EMOTIONAL BODY

It includes your emotional patterns originating from your present life, your transgenerational schemes and the collective consciousness. Its language is NOT verbal: colours, music, smells, energies, oil and aroma essences.

YOUR MENTAL BODY

It is your thinking system, mental programs, belief systems, worldview, self-perception. Its language is verbal.

YOUR SPIRITUAL BODY

It is your eternal energetic being connected with your meridian system. Its language is clear-perception: intuition, telepathy, clairvoyance, clear cognition.

Exercise:

You will need 5 chairs.

Place the five chairs in a pentagonal shape, one for your physical body, the other for the emotional body ed, the third to your mental body, the fourth to your spiritual body, and the fifth to your complex self. Sit in the chair of your physical body first. Silence your thoughts and pay attention only to your bodily sensations. What do you feel? What would you need? Take a deep breath and feel more and more relaxed. Spend 1-2 minutes here. Next, take a deep breath, stand up and sit in the chair of your emotional body. Silence your thoughts and pay attention only to your bodily sensations. What do you feel? What would you need? Take a deep breath and feel more and more relaxed. Spend 1-2 minutes here. Take another deep breath, stand up, and sit in the chair of your mental body. Silence your thoughts and pay attention only to your bodily sensations. What do you feel? What would you need? Take a deep breath and feel more and more relaxed. Spend 1-2 minutes here. Take another deep breath, stand up, and sit in the chair of your spiritual body. Silence your thoughts and pay attention only to your bodily sensations. What do you feel? What would you need? Take a deep breath and feel more and more relaxed. Spend 1-2 minutes here. Now breath deeply again, stand up and sit in the chair of your complex self. Look into the eyes of your physical body in thought and say to him, slowly, slowly, “Yes. Yes. Yes.” Repeat with your emotional, mental, and spiritual body as well.

Describe your experience in your notebook.
