How to Use the Map of Consciousness?
The Map of Consciousness is not just numbers and words on a page—it’s a compass for your inner world. It shows you where you stand emotionally, how you’re viewing life, and the patterns you might be repeating without even realizing it. Think of it as a soft, honest mirror—one that reflects not just where you are, but also where your soul longs to rise.
Here’s how to use it:
1. Think of a problem.
Choose something real—big or small—that’s been tugging at your heart or clouding your thoughts.
2. Look at the Map and name your feeling.
When you think about this problem, what emotion swells up first? Is it anger? Shame? Courage? Peace? Feel it fully, without judgment—just notice.
3. Check the Life-view, God-view, and Process.
Next to your emotion, you’ll find three clues:
Life-view: The way you tend to see life from this state.
God-view: How you see other people, the higher power, or life itself.
Process: The pattern of action or reaction this emotion often triggers.
These three together reveal the “lens” through which you’ve been looking.
4. Breathe.
Close your eyes. Drop your shoulders. Let your breath be slow and deep. Feel your body remember: I am safe right now.
5. Travel back in time.
When was the first time you ever felt this way? Who was there? What happened? What belief about yourself—or about life—was born in that moment? How did you learn to cope?
6. Meet your younger self.
Step into that memory and stand beside the earlier you. Speak softly. Tell them the truth they couldn’t see back then. Transform the old, limiting belief into a new, life-giving one. Imagine showing them a better way to act, feel, or respond.
7. Repeat for other times.
Search your past for other moments when this same feeling appeared. Apply the same healing process. With each round, the old pattern loosens its grip.
8. Return to the present.
Tap your feet on the floor. Clap your hands. Look around and name five things you can see. Let your senses anchor you in the here and now.
9. Write down your new truth.
Grab a pen. Write your new empowering belief—and the new behavior that will flow from it. This will be your anchor for the future.
10. Send a gift forward.
Close your eyes and picture yourself three months from now—radiant, strong, joyful. See your smile. Feel your energy. Imagine sending this version of you a package of love and light, filled with the strength to stay centered even if the old problem reappears.
Remember, this isn’t about “fixing” yourself. There is nothing broken in you. This is about reclaiming your wholeness and living from the higher realms of the Map. Every time you do this, you take a step upward… and the whole world rises with you.
